Dr. Banks is the founder and owner-operator of Banks & Banks Consulting Co., LLC. A life-long learner, military veteran, and mentor, Gerome is an accomplished Doctor of Education, social science researcher, Master Career Coaching Professional, and federal strategic talent management scholar.

He has been providing consultation to senior government executives and federal agencies for nearly two decades. Since 2006, he has provided senior program and project analysis and management, social science research, federal career coaching, and writing services to job-seekers, public agencies, and private organizations supporting federal government talent strategies.

Gerome holds a Doctor of Education from Concordia University – Chicago, MBA from the New York Institute of Technology, and B.A. in International Economics from The American University of Paris.

He is an active Rotarian, member of the Greater Fayetteville, NC Chamber of Commerce Government Relations Committee, and contributing author and publications committee member of the Public Sector Human Resources Association. Gerome is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Army, a proud husband, and a doting father of daughters.

In 2021, Banks & Banks Consulting Co., LLC became licensed to do business in North Carolina and positioned itself to offer consulting services to jobseekers, government, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses supporting government talent strategy.
